The ideal Front Desk, Program and Office Support candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
A customer-oriented approach is essential for the person in this position.
The goal for this position is to make our members and visitors feel comfortable and respected while on our premises.
Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
Fluency in additional languages is viewed as a plus.
Primarily you will answer the phones and greet and welcome visitors to the MSI Office, answering any questions they have, assisting with player registration, and directing them as needed.
At the front desk, you are often the first point of contact for our members to meet and/or speak with:

Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining office supplies, and ordering new supplies when needed.
Furthermore, to support various programs at MSI, you'll undertake a variety of administrative and program coordination tasks as needed, including carrying out important operational duties.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality.
Dedication and problem-solving skills are also important.

Answer phone calls and support visitors by providing information and assisting as needed Check, answer and forward emails as appropriate Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail Ensure the front desk is kept in tidy and presentable Receive letters, packages, etc.
and distribute them Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies, place and expedite orders for supplies Assist and support MSI programs as needed Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate information Communicate updates on status of projects or problems to the Executive Director and senior management Recommend improvements as appropriate Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent time-management and organizational skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A friendly, approachable attitude is a must Fluency in Spanish is required, fluency in other languages is a plus Detail-oriented and efficient Problem-solving abilities a plus Proficient in MS Office and in database software Education/Experience Preferred:
BSc/BA diploma HS, Club, Collegiate or Professional Playing Background Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
Ability to work weekends, nights and irregular hours as needed.
Ability to work in varying climates including extreme cold and heat.
Ability to work in varying physical positions including standing, kneeling, seated, at height and the use of assistance equipment such ladders, lifts, and motor vehicles.
Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS AND REVIEWS:
Performance will be reviewed after the first 60 days of employment MSI will perform an annual review in December of each calendar year Job Type:
