Housekeeping Wanted - Live In Housekeeper In Derwood, Md Help Wanted For Immediate Employment, Seeking Housekeeper
The qualifications of and the expectations from the live-in housekeeper are:
Regular domestic services such as simple cleaning, washing and ironing, organizing closets, lunch and dinner serving (basic cooking skills sufficient), assisting caterers with the guest dinners or lunches, looking after the ponds and assisting with some enjoyable garden work.
In charge of the house and look after it while we are away, effectively meaning nothing to do at all for 7-8 months. Take the paid holiday during our absence.
The housekeeper will receive assistance for the following tasks:
There is a deep cleaning team that comes once in a week
Gardener moves the grass and keeps the garden in order
Pond and the fish are taken care by professionals
The swimming pool is regularly taken care by professionals.
We are able to offer:
Private room with bathroom, small kitchenette unit with TV and heating and cooling system. Rent free, all utilities included.
Access to kitchen supplies and pantry.
Off on Sundays and half-day off on Wednesdays.
Salary will depend on qualifications.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
