Director, Program Management, Policy Development and Analysis

The successful candidate will provide direction and management of NMSS mission support functions. Such duties include but are not limited to:
Financial Management - individual oversees NMSS' budget execution, organizational and individual performance management programs, use of Enterprise Risk Management, the Planning, Budget and Performance Management process and internal controls. Information management and technology - individual is the lead manager for mission IT functions, systems analysis and IT project management and contracting activities within the Office. Human Resource Management - individual leads the office implementation of staffing plan development and analyses, processing and prioritization of staffing requests, maintenance of strategic workforce planning, awards, training and any special personnel programs. Administrative services function - individual manages for the office functions related to office space, moves, occupant emergency plans, administrative assistant contracting, technical editing, ticketing action items and correspondence controls. You must meet the qualifications for this position by no later than 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement and before placement in the position. In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is experience in applying applicable laws and regulations related to Federal budget, execution and performance plans, performance reports and program evaluations. Working knowledge of administrative management with specific knowledge and experience in such areas as project management and management controls, federal financial management and information management planning. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
